3/4 of the stoves flame up when the knobs are turned apart from one that needs a gas lighter to start up. The one that doesn’t turn on is the biggest stove, it produces so much heat and the heat spreads out that it could potentially burn down the house because it’s not within the perimeter of the whole stove top. When big pots or pans are put on the heat it literally spreads and wraps around the pot which is a hazard. We did just move into this house about 2-3 months ago so I don’t really know what to do.

I would like to replace my old kitchen sink with a new one, Also I would like to replace gas cooktop with induction hob. Require plumber to complete both tasks and also close the gas.
