I have a gas stove which has 4 burners. One of the burners lights up as long as I am pressing the knob. The moment I stop pressing the knob the burner stops working. I need some to come in and repair the burners.

Hi, I have a rental apartment in Southbank that needs to get a gas safety check to comply with regulations. There is only one gas appliance which is the gas cook top.

One of the gas stove is not working. The stove cant stay on even though there are spark and fire. When you push down the knob and turn, the fire appears but once you let go of the knob, the fire goes off. Due to covid lockdown, the technician needs proper certification/qualification to ensure the work can be done during lockdown (i.e. meet the essential services definition). Also, need the technician to be fully insured to do the work.

One of My whirlpool gas cooktop’s burner knob doesn’t work. I can suppress the knob and see gas coming and there is spark too. The fire goes out as soon as I leave the knob.

One of the gas burner is not igniting on its own. It ignites with lighter. All other three work fine.
