Hi I need Smoke alarm, Gas & electricity safety check as a landlord to rent out property. It’s a newly built property, only 3 years old.

Natural gas conversion for a BBQ and plumbing for BBQ sink - Due date: Before Thursday, 23rd Dec 2021

Looking for to get a outdoor gas point from in side the house. It’s back to back wall.

I have a BBQ that needs to be connected to the gas and water, connect the sink to the drain as well.

I have a gas top and 4 burners work, one doesn’t. Turns on than off after few seconds.

I just moved into a house with a gas fireplace and have no idea how to operate it. Would need assistance from a specialist to inspect if there’s something wrong as well as teach me how to operate

I have got new BBQ with natural gas conversion kit (with regulator ). Natural Gas connection is already in Alfresco wall.

Need this done ASAP as apparently our gas unit is leaking (gas is currently turned off)

My gas ducted heater ( brivis ) stops working of its own and when i looked for the error it says ‘Valve Fault Lockout’ ( as the red light flashes 7 times. Can that be fixed?
