Require a Gas only Safety Compliance Check on a rental property. Property only has a Westinghouse Gas stove, 5 burner and Aquamax 390 hot water unit. Owner does not want to pay for a Electrical and Smoke Alarm check as its already been taken care of. Currently all gas units are in working order with no gas leak detected and has past checks on previous years inspection without any issues.
Allan turned up earlier than expected but was happy to do the work outside first. Based on tenant feedback, he was inside only for about 5 minutes (outside not sure how long outside)and left because only had a gas cooktop only for safety check and a gas water heater outside. Very fast at his work and receive the email report quite promptly. Good work Allan, will keep in touch for future gas work.
