Hi, My husband John and I own a Samsung 310L Bottom-Mount Fridge/Freezer (Model # SRL334NMB). Every time we open the freezer door, the freezer is full of chunks of ice - on the front of the shelves facing us, and on the bottom. Also, we have noticed a significant increase in our electricity bill the last two times, and we wondered if something wrong with the fridge/freezer could be causing this? We were wondering: a) for someone to give us a "diagnosis" b) for budgeting reasons, the approximate call-out fee + labour + parts, and c) if someone can come to our apartment anytime from 22nd November, please? Sometime between 10am and 6pm would be good, please :-) We've already gotten some quotes, the best being $95 call-out fee, $85 labour, plus unknown $ for any parts. This is the first time we've needed this service, so the budget we've named is simply a call-out fee. We're not sure what's best but we're happy to negotiate, and/or take advice. I have bought the 4 new hinges needed to rehang the inbuilt fridge and freezer doors. Now I need the old hinges removed, new installed, doors aligned to the fridge and freezer close properly. While here, I have about 6 other cabinetry doors that need their alignment reset to sit straight in their cavity.

We have a Fisher and Paykel French door/ drawer freezer. The freezer drawer seal doesn’t stick on one side as the clog on the one side of the rail has been pulled out (kids pulling drawer out too far too hard, or from standing on the freezer drawer to reach something in the fridge) What happens is intermittently the right side of the drawer seal does not stick. You will need to unscrew the rail and realign the clogs again and realign the rails so they pull out evenly so the seal sticks each and every time the drawer is closed. Can you fix this problem? Can be fixed in the next few days at a time that suits you.

Have two fridge and freezer combos that I would like the seals replaced on (5 seals in total): Fisher&Paykel E442BRT (one fridge, one freezer) Liebherr SBSES7051 (SKES4200RH + SBNES2900LH) (two fridge, one freezer) Would like a good quality seals to be used; happy to pay for quality.
