Fixed our washing machine and had a second hand part ready to go to replace our pump so we didn't have to wait for another return visit. Really nice and friendly bloke. Even said if it breaks down within 2 months he would come back as a warranty. Would certainly use his services again!

I would not hire him again. Chimney cleaned by cob removing brush, I use metal brush. Also used impact driver on old unit which result in screw snapped and door is now hanging on one screw and it will be hard to close it while it's hot. Anyway lesson learned, do it myself

There are no issues with starting the heater, but after few minutes , it shuts off with the screen displaying a 'reset' message and error code 13. Pressing the reset button only provides temporary relief as the heater operates for a brief period before shutting off again.
