I need someone to wall mount a dryer bracket (provided) in a laundry cupboard and hang the dryer (I can assist). Must have appropriate tools (stud finder, level etc)

Handyman needed to hang a clothes dryer on the wall in laundry. The cork floor under the bench where the washing machine sits needs repair with fc sheet also.

Halo Hair Dryer, I think it's a Jennifer 3900 or Lite, but the power cord must have a kink as it exits the unit. Dryer works fine, bur have to hold the power cord in a certain direction other wise the power cuts out. Assume it just needs a new power cord.

Our F&P washing machine and dryer have been having some minor performance problems recently, which I suspect is due to dust gathering / imbalanced footing over the years of operation. Previous service call out with F&P technicians were unsatisfactory because they insisted that there was nothing to fix, which is good news but doesn’t solve the issues for us (scratching and banging noise during spin cycle for the washing machine, and screeching noise when the dryer starts a new round).
