Preparing the installation site
The moment you plan to install a new dryer, it’s important that your installation site is ready. Your Tasker will ensure all the connections and, depending on the type of dryer, the proper exhausts or vents should be ready and safe to use. Should there be any issues with vents, exhausts or electrical systems before your installation, you may need to get a handyman to have these checked.Â
Preparing your new dryer
Dryer installation technicians could also help you unbox your dryer if needed and check if there are any defects or damages if you’re not familiar. They can also help you check if everything supposed to be in the box is all accounted for. If you have an existing dryer, you could also ask them to disconnect and tear it out for you if they can. Then they’re going to have it ready to complete your condenser or vented tumble dryer installation.
Connecting your appliance

We need someone to mount our dryer above the washing machine for us. We have the metal mounting bracket (pictured) but don't think we have the six screws needed to screw the bracket into the wall. The screws will be need to be screwed into the stud to ensure it can hold the machine. The six holes in the bracket are approximately 7 to 8mm in diameter. The job will involve mounting the bracket and lifting the machine onto the bracket so that it is fully installed.
