Hello there! My name is Arabella & I am from Orange Sky Australia. If you haven't heard of us we have many different assets (hybrid vans, laundry vans & pods) across Australia and currently are requiring some support in Canberra for one of our vans. We are based in Brisbane so unfortunately cannot get there to change this ourselves - we have however already sent the part over. The dryer itself is LG, however the part that needs replacing is an Orange Sky modified part and has nothing to do with the LG operating systems. As well as this, it doesn't have anything to do with warranty - we just want a part fixed on the machine if this is possible as it has fallen out and it is important that we can use this light as it allows the team to capture any errors that may be occurring. This is a custom attachment, and has taken other home appliance technicians about 15 minutes to fix (and whilst it is a little peculiar, we can have one of our technicians here explain it a little clearer as well if necessary). We can have one of our volunteers there to meet you at the van and give you access/inform you about our asset as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want a dryer and bathroom cabinet mounted

I have the factory supplied wall mount attachments.

Planning to have a new washer and a heat pump dryer in the room. 1. Have a wall-mounted condenser dryer (not too heavy, probably 20-25kg) removed from the mount (a simple unhook); 2. Have the two new pieces, washer and dryer (heat pump, hence heavy), moved into the cabinet, stacked, installed and connected. 3. No disposal required Note please: 1) The appliances will be in the room; 2) I'm unable to assist on heavy lifting due a health issue. The weight (esp. the dryer) for the lifting may require two men to handle.

We've recently moved, I think it's as simple as the water outtake wasn't connected and I'm physically not able to do it. If a hose is needed, that would be considered an additional cost

Have new dryer but need it mounted on wall. There are brackets on the wall but no hooks on dryer. Also need help moving a couch and tv in living room to roll out a big rug.

Looking to get my dryer mounted to the wall in my bathroom, needing the following done: - Removal of the existing mount on the wall (not compatible with my dryer), - installation of the universal mount on the wall, which I've supplied (pictured), - tapping new mounting holes into the back of the dryer, as the holes on the hooks don't line up with the holes.

Hi, our Bosch Series 6 washer dryer is throwing out error code E36 followed by -10 which seems to mean that the drainage is blocked. Following the manual instructions, we get stuck at the drain pump cover removal as the cover is stuck. - Due date: Flexible

Need to mount this Fisher & Paykel dryer on my laundry room wall. The dryer dimensions are Height 82cm, Width 60cm, Depth 42.5cm. The wall space has been measured to fit these dimensions (see attached picture for reference). All necessary mounting screws and equipment are supplied (also shown in the attached pictures). The task includes identifying the best mounting position on the wall, securely attaching the mounting brackets, and ensuring the dryer is stable and operational.
