Hi our Gas heater is not working. When switched on it starts but within 4-5 seconds switches off by itself. It’s an old Rinnai Gas Heater (model -Energy Saver 550F). Pic attached. Looking to get it repaired asap as elderly parents stays with us at home. Thanks

Washing machine is leaking from the pump and the back

Asko brand dishwasher making 'whinny'noise during fixed interval during the wash cycle - between water discharge and next washing stage. (The noise last about 30 to 45 seconds and stops as soon as s the next wash cycle starts)

Gas heater is unable to be torn on, the control panel is working alright and I can hear the click sound when it’s turned on. But the furnace is still not working. I’ve tried to turn on the furnace manually and it works fine.

We have a six zone automatic watering system with a Rainbank controller (Rainbird ESP ME) and Davey rainbank pump that utilizes an underground water tank. We are decommissioning one zone to allow artificial lawn installation. This zone was for the rear yard lawn. The task is to: - check all zones and repair all leaks (if any) and sprinklers including micro sprinklers - block and decommission the six pop-up sprinklers that previously watered the rear lawn area - around 95m2. This are is being fitted with artificial grass - reprogram and check irrigation controller including changes to the rear lawn zone - check and service the Davey rainbank pump and controller - run and test all zones on completion of service, repairs and replacement Please let me know if you’d like any further photographs or description as to what is required

Washing machine has a water leak from the bottom

I need help with few quick tasks- 1)need strong hooks to be installed on wall for painting mount 2) few more pins and Hooks to be installed in different walls and corners (for me to later hang plant pots) 3) connect washing machine outlet pipe 4) repair a minor issue with a loose part of a blind as in photo 5) reattach a broken door stopper

Victa lawn mower needs to be inspected and fixed as it cuts out when the blades are engaged, so I’m guessing the carborator needs to be cleaned as something is blocked. Someone with experience in repairing machines like this. Briggs and Stratton 550e motor.
