Electrician needed to fix glass stove top. It keeps tripping the fuse. The stove top is only 3.5 years old. As the oven is on the same fuse it also keeps tripping when i put it on.

The pipe has come loose in our washing machine (the pipe underneath the tray that the detergent is loaded into). Flexible on dates. Must be able to be completed independently (we will not be able to help)

Install shelving on wall - think it is a brick wall, not sure what is running through it (pipes/electrical). Shelving is a 1950s shelving system. Has 4 brackets which need to be mounted to wall. With 5 screws - I don’t have screws or wall plugs etc. you will need to provide these. TV 75” to be mounted to wall have bracket to mount. Fan switch does not work think wired wrong - light and fan don’t work independently of each other. Happy to answer any questions you might have.

I have a rat getting in to my kitchen. I’ve identified two potential holes that I need patched up. The first is a rectangular hole under the sink where the pipes enter the wall (inside the kitchen cabinet). The second is under the dishwasher.
