Door needs a Slight adjustment

I have 4 commercial washer and dryer that needs a look at. One of the dryers is not heating and the other has a bearing that seems to have fallen out and makes a loud metalic rattling noise. The washer has only a little bit of water and not enough to cover the load so it's not washing properly. Hello some clothes got stuck to the rubber seal (photo attached) of the washing machine and it has come off. Can someone please repair this or if it needs to be replaced please advise cost for the replacement and i will reimburse you.

A Fisher & Paykel top loader washing machine is having problems. When a load starts, the program halts and the washing machine beeps loudly. It does not complete its cycle, and now is not starting a cycle. It will fill with water and then rinse and spin, it does not wash. My SANYO ASW 33AP was working fine then when doing last wash it did the wash cycle and would not then go onto the rinse cycle. At a Woolloomooloo apartment with concierge access for parking and entry. Need to know if fixable or needs replacing? Date flexible but soon.

Breville bes900 duo boiler steam wand doesn't work after descale. During descaling process, valve error showing and can't get past this step, I believe it's still in descale mode.

My washing machine is not draining water. I’ve cleaned the filter and put it back on cycle however it’s stalls when it comes to draining. It’s possible there is an accumulation of materials stuck inside. I need a handyman to please come and take a look and repair. It is a front loader Samsung new edition (bought last year but lost warranty from buyer).

I have a Bosch Classixx and it is giving an E3 error. I know this is an indication that the door isn’t closed properly, but the door does seem to be. Need someone to come and fix it.
