I turned my washing machine off at the wall and some kind of wire sparked, smell of burning happened and washing machine hasn’t worked since. Not sure if I need to buy a new one or if I can get someone to just replace the wire (or whatever it was) that blew up. Happy if you’re able to have a look and tell me that I need a new one, or if you’re able to fix it! Will pay $50 for you to come see it or $150 for you to fix - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, Our Kogan washing machine is timing out on an E12 error. We have checked the pipes, filter and pump and there are no blockages that we can see. Samsung WF1804WPC no longer spinning, the drum has stopped moving completely. The washing machine still goes through the cycle and drains water but the drum does not move during. You can hear the motor making the sounds that it normally does during agitation or spin cycles but without any drum movement. I have used the emergency drain to clear water and cleaned out the filter which did not fix the issue.
