Hi, The retractable hose next to the filter on the bottom of the washing machine has retracted back in to the inside of the washing machine and i can't get it out. The fridge started tripping the RCD and when you try to restart the motor seems to want to turn over but stops. The fridge is a Hisense 2 door with a slide out freezer at the bottom.
