My tenant has advised the following: Two burners are not working on the cooktop - the other 4 burners all work. The ones circled in red dont work. Not sure if it is the igniter that needs to be replaced or the gas chamber is blocked by grease. Rangehood is not working - The switch is turned on (as per photo) but doesn't power on. The issue is not the powerpoint. If it cannot be fixed, would like the cheapest option to replace. Two bathroom lights are not working - I've tried changing the bulbs and it doesn't fix it. Sometimes the lights turn on delayed and then randomly stop. Guessing it is a wiring issue. Looking for the cheapest consolidated quote to fix all of the above. Please include costs to replace parts in the quote as well. I require all of these issues fixed this weekend urgently. I will share the tenant's details to coordinate a time directly with them.
