Looking for someone to come out ideally afternoon of Monday 27 or Wednesday 29 November (but can be flexible). LG direct drive washer dryer (approx 9 years old) is leaking from either back or underneath (ie not from door). It’s in a small European laundry, so not easy for me to pull out to check exactly where. Towels at the front get drenched during wash/dry cycles. I leave towels there afterwards and either water’s taking a while to get to the front or there’s a slow leak, because towels are getting wet for a few days after a wash cycle. Samsung frontloader machine model WW70J4233KW/SA. The drum is not spinning when I put a load on and the drum itself seems to be out of alignment. I have already checked the belt in the back of the machine and it does not seem faulty and is in place.
