I am extremely disappointed in Geoff’s professionalism. Yes he completed the task we had posted, but even while he was doing it I specifically asked him for the guarantee provided by him for his work and he said he provides a guarantee for 12 months. After he changed the pipes, we began facing an issue where the hot water system (the pipes for which he had modified ) started banging every time we would use hot water from any tap in the house. We requested him to come have a look and he came and inspected and asked for another $180 to fix the issue which happened due to his work. Is that the meaning of Guarantee? It’s not like he was cheap when he did the first task, he took $420 to adjust the water temperature and even after specifically promising a guarantee he didn’t follow through. I am not the kind of person to leave a bad review but did so this time as I’m left with a bitter experience with Geoff.
