I ordered a dress but accidentally ordered it too big! I’d just like the dress taken up, and the sleeves have elastic around them at the wrist which I don’t like, I’d like the elastic removed and the sleeves hemmed (‘trumpet’ sleeve style) and shortened slightly as they’re very long.

This is a long shot but is there anybody on here who does alterations that can add a little bit of length to this black dress probably in the black satin-ish underlay?! I’m going to the races on Tuesday and I shrunk two dresses in the wash and this one is just a bit too short!
