Find a dress alteration expert in ACT

I have my wedding dress, which has just arrived, that needs some alterations. It is corset backed. Currently the corset needs to be taken in 1 inch on either side. So 2 inch total. One strap could also be shortened (I have scoliosis so my shoulders are wonky). My wedding is Saturday 13 April this year as we had to move the date up. So only 3 weeks to get this done. Im happy to pay a bit extra given its a rush job. Im based in Monash but am happy to drop the dress off anywhere in Canberra and collect when ready.

Hello! I have a dress that I’d love to wear to a bridal shower this Sunday but it needs some alteration. It’s quite a boxy cut, and I’m happy for it to stay boxy, so I’m hoping it’s not too complicated to bring in both side seams so it’s smaller and perhaps the top shoulder seams so the drop waist sits slightly higher. Looking for someone to alter my wedding dress which is highly sequinned with a lot of lace. Wedding in November 2021. Only need the hem taken up.

I have a linen smock dress that I would like to bring in a bit on the top and add some big buttons to at the back.

Would like a dress altered with only a couple of days turnaround time if possible. It’s a boned dress that I need taken in at the bodice (but not the waist) by about 1.5cm either side. Very delicate fabric and could be quite fiddly and hard to do with limited time. I’m very anxious about ruining the dress as it was very expensive.
