I need my bridemaids dress altered as it is too big around the chest area

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help me adjust my bridesmaid dress that I’ll be wearing on the 15th of March 2024. This dress fits everywhere expect it’s slightly small around my bust and they show a bit in the type of cut. The dress is quite long already so I am hoping someone can help me take fabric from the bottom and use at the top, I’m not sure if this is possible but I can’t buy it online anymore as it’s completely sold out in every style / colour.
