Hi All, I own a landscaping business and I am going to be commencing with a program that will assist with the accuracy of putting quotes together and the entire production of a quote with detailed scopes of works and much better ability for me to track all costs during the job. Whilst this job could be done via sharing information online i unfortunately will not go down this path again due to the fact that the last task I posted was being done by Ai. What I need is for a proficient and accurate data entry person to load all of the price lists that I currently have to an excel spreadsheet. The crew at Workguru have provided me with an example of how the spreadsheet needs to be filled so as it can be imported correctly. I am as far as you can get as the person who has the time or skills to do this work. I have been advised by the team at Work guru that on price lists that only come as a PDF and not as an excel sheet that the sections that need to be added can be converted to excel in Adobe and then once added it can be altered to meet the requirements........This is still all foreign to me as it's not my thing. I will need to be able to speak with the person who is doing the task as there will be things that will need to be altered as far as the categories that items are put into, and I find it easier to explain my thoughts when speaking with a person. Workguru suggested that they can all just be entered as the are and then you do as search for the product. I will be preferring to have separate categories. Such as. Concrete sleepers as they come in different profiles and sizes, I feel that this will just save time and it seems a bit easier for me. I have attached a copy of thew spreadsheet with instructions from Workguru and I have also attached an example of one of the price lists I have from one supplier and there are a few suppliers. The budget price I list is per hour, as I have no idea how many hours it will take.
