    I am looking for someone to enter in my receipts into an excel spreadsheet (it has categories listed in it from my accountant). Then I need someone to cross reference all receipts with bank statements for additional expenses. This can be done in the comfort of your own home but you will need to pick up the receipts. I have started some of it but need it finished

    I have got lots of recipts for last year and current year. I think they are arround 500 or more including fuel receipts. I want all the receipts typed in excel sheet, all fields like shop name, amount, purchased item, date, recipts number and gst amount and bit of description etc. Also put reference number on receipts and staple them together in the bunch of 50s. I have computer that can be used. I want to pay per receipt and happy to set a minimum total amount if needed. Receipts are not organised at the moment so if the person collecting them can do them in a few lots like collect and type 100 and return them and get another 100, will be really helpful. While receipts are in your possession, it will be your responsibility not to lose or damage them in any way as they are important for us. If you are near Ingle Farm (SA), it will be easier for both of us. I need this started and done as soon as possible. Thanks.

    I require someone trustworthy and has some basic experience in Quickbooks Accounting Software to collect (or i can drop off) a box of receipts and paid invoices then go through each one of them amd add them all to our Quickbooks Accounting software as expenses. All expenses must be assigned to the "Vendor" file. If no file exists, it would be expected that you would create one from the information on the document. NOTE: MUST LIVE IN ADELAIDE AS DELIVERY OR PICK UP OF DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED!! MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET TO ACCESS QUICKBOOKS. If i like the work completed, it may turn into an ongoing task for you :) Im located in Elizabeth North :)

    Really as easy as that! Have 3 months worth sitting in a bag! File and add up monthly totals, enter into xero (will show ya this part). Based in maroubra.
