We run a jewellery business. We buy our pieces raw and they need to be polished, assembled etc. Some of our contractors and employees are paid by piece. When an employee picks up raw pieces and drops off finished pieces they fill out a Google form I made and items are ticked off by management. ( I think you will have to remake this as the data is not in the best format). This form is then fed into Google Sheets. I need a form to receive raw pieces that feeds into a master inventory sheet. When the employee picks up the raw pieces eg. 10 silver rings they need to return 10 silver rings finished. Then they fill out a "Drop off" form. I want the "drop off" form to feed a sheet that will consolidate all the data being added to the sheet via the form. Then we can compare this data to the invoices being sent by employees and double-check that their invoices are correct and that all the raw pieces have been returned. Eg. We receive 1000 raw silver rings. John picks up 150 raw. invoices us for $600 and on the invoice he has made 100 silver rings pieces at the set rate. By looking at the sheet I should be able to see the Employee, invoice number, drop-off date, name of piece and number of pieces. Then it should tell me how much John is owed. I can then quickly cross reference this to his invoice to check and pay. I also know that John has a total of 50 raw rings in his possession that he is yet to finish. I would then like a Master inventory sheet that is fed from the "raw peice received" "pick up" and "drop-off" sheet. This should be able to give me an accurate number of pieces we have on hand and which employees have what pieces. We will update this to our Shopify and it will keep track of pieces sold.
