This is the only day the job can be done. • Filing paperwork by date and by alphabet – approx. 1 hour. • Entering figures from receipts into Excel on my Apple Macbook air or on your laptop then transferring tables to my Macbook. – approx. 5 hours. - Must be familiar with Apple Mac and Excel. Optional or for future jobs – (• If you can use graphics or desktop publishing software with your own device in my home office thats a bonus for future work but not essential. Im looking for someone to potentially help me in the future.) Please confirm in your offer with your (punctual) availability on the above date. Option A : 2 x mornings, 7am Wednesday 7 Sept and 7am Thursday 8 Sept Option B: 1 x day 7am Thursday 8 Sept Option C: 1 x day Sunday 11 Sept from 2pm onwards Option D: 1 x day Monday 12 Sept from 7am onwards • Filing paperwork by date and by alphabet – approx. 1 hour. • Entering figures from receipts into Excel on my Apple Macbook air or on your laptop then transferring tables to my Macbook. – approx. 1 hour. • Updating my Facebook business page and helping me to optimize my Facebook to get more clients. • Follow Go Daddy instructions to convert my current Go Daddy website to the newer Go Daddy version. Content will not change - it is just that the newer version requires me to start again re-entering my content from scratch. This may require you calling their help line occassionally for advice. (This aspect could be online) • Setting up a very simple powerpoint presentation for me. – approx. 1 hour. Optional or for future jobs – • Setting up a basic business card with an online business card company of my choice. • Looking at my calendar system that I am using and investigating an online booking system that would work for me. • Updating my Google My Business pages. • Investigating ,marketing via Linkdin for my industry. • If you can use graphics or desktop publishing software with your own device in my home office thats a bonus for future work but not essential.
