    DESCRIPTION Data Entry Accounts Assistant/Admin - Suits a mum wanting one day a week work. We are looking an accounts/admin role one day a week in a husband and wife boutique wholesale fashion agency. You will have previous experience in book keeping, accounts and similar role. You will work closely with our accountant and also our client assisting to chase outstanding payments for them and you will have a cheerful and patient personality. Role includes ACCOUNTS Request debtors list from our client once a week to ring every outstanding account every morning when you come in. · Email & Phone all outstanding accounts chasing payment and requesting credit card payment every week and try and get as much payment each week as possible. Email updates to our client each week on persistent bad payers and any updates/feedback on bad accounts and advise of any accounts not making any payment. BOOK KEEPING Sort and organize all receipts into each month and required sub-category Input all necessary receipts, statements etc on a spreadsheet as per accountants instructions every week. Liaise with accountant about upcoming deadlines for BAS/GST and end of year financials for any information, which he might need and ensure all relevant info gets to him within tax deadlines. Set up a comprehensive filing system for all past receipts etc per quarter. General Admin Answering phones, organizing admin Google drive when necessary and set up comprehensive folder & set up admin systems where applicable. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO Use a Mac or if you can't have your own laptop Use Excel Use Google Apps. Have a patient personality Must have an ABN IMMEDIATE START
