    I need a trusting person who knows MyDeskTop, and can do Upload data, input Action plans and assign them to clients, quality checks, & assigns categories,to my 200 clients. This is a very very simple task but I just don't have the time to do it. As seriously, I can do it myself if I stay up an extra 2 hours at night . So please do NOT apply for this if: - you're not happy with the amount offered as it's very simple - do NOT propose a different amount for the number of clients or change the amount offered Truth is that this is a test in order to get someone out there to do ongoing admin tasks at $25 an hour. Preparing CMAs and updating CRMs and all that basic stuff. Put it this way, if you need to ask questions about this simple task, I'll assume you don't know what to do. Sorry about my bluntness, but I'm a real estate agent and a single mum, so time is my challenge and NOT doing this admin kind of work. Thanks Sue

    HI there I lost my CRM database....so I need to capture all of the notes, emails, spreadsheets and various records I have on clients into some form of Excel spreadsheet or Access database which will then be imported into an online CRM which I can then utilise to keep up with my clients. (About 200 entries, maybe less) Just locating rheir name, address, email, phone (s), & any short notes into an excel spreadsheet, of which that spreadsheet needs to be imported into a CRM....then checked!! ALL before MONDAY 17 Sept 2018!!!. as I have a number of marketing campaigns I need to undertake. I'd do it myself but I'd rather be out there getting new clients than doing admin that someone else would be much better at than me. The successful candidate would have; - great attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST - fast and efficient is also a MUST - very familiar with data entering into a CRM - can be self-directed and sel-driven (as I'm only going to be able to explain it all ONCE and once only) - have some background in SQL to be able to do Excel / MS Access macros/programming is VIP - has some experience in other administrative tasks (for future, ongoing work) CRM data info would be stuff like; name phone number address mobile number email notes initial contact details source information and a whole range of different fields This data will then all go into a CRM (which you will need to check to see if this client is already assigned to someone else (and name who it is assigned to) ....and if not assigned to anyone, they need to be assigned to a specific marketing plan in the CRM (for follow up marketing plans). It's a very detailed / tedious job but the right person will find themselves working with me for various future type of admin work moving forward. ***It would be a huge PLUS if you have SQL language skills to develop an MS Access database that I've basically started as I need this database to do a variety of macros and reporting tasks ****** You would be top choice if you were able to capture this data into an MS Access database I've basically created but also need this Access DB to do some things as well.....so if you have SQL skills that's definitely a big PLUS!!! All data will be emailed, drop-boxed to you and so anyone remotely can access it, but I must have it done by Monday the 17th Sept so I'm able to initiate some marketing strategies. thanks and I look forward to hearing from you (although I'd like it if you were able to show evidence of work you have done in the past (does NOT have to be on Airtasker) but to give me an idea of what you can do, and yes, I will be doing a random quality check of it once its done, before you get paid.....so please keep this in mind when applying for this job posting.     Personal Tax Return - Data Entry & deductions

    Hi, I am looking for someone who is experienced in preparing personal tax deductions for someone who has a business expenses in the process of doing their job (as I'm a real estate agent). Examples of these deductions can be seen on the attached ATO - deductions for Real Estate agents. So if you can grab my business receipts, enter the data into an Excel spreadsheet, categorise them and calculate the deductions (with my ongoing input and help) I'd love to hear from you. I'm happy to negotiate a fair price for this, as I just put the budget where it is at the moment to see if anyone was out there that could do this, especially as I've got a team of collegues interested in doing the same and so you'd have ongoing work. for a home office - but ok if you are aware of how to calculate tax deductions. NB: I'm happy to negotiate another fee for the whole job from data-entry through to tax submission if you like, but for the Task Budget I've listed was just a guess. Also, you will need to organise for me to get the expense receipts to you (as I need these back - so if you know of a good way to get copies of them sent to you or originals then this job can be done remotely). Accuracy is important as I need to set this process up for years to come.
