    Hey Airtaskers, I need help with cleaning up our accounts in Xero. I started to transfer our bookkeeping from Reckon to Xero but was unable to finish this before I had my baby. More details: *Proprietary Ltd company *Moved to Xero from Reckon in March, however have not completely reconciled *Reckon data only dates back to September 2016 *Currently one casual employee who finishes his contract in two weeks *I am the sole director, I have been just transferring money from the business account to my own, so will need to have this accounted for in Xero (currently no records and I don't know how to do this) *Will also need assistance with entering a whole bunch of receipts and invoices *Possibly some tutoring on how to use Xero and some basic bookkeeping skills because clearly I don't know what I'm doing Located in Alexandria, Sydney and would need to either come to the office or to my home to help me with this task. Prefer if someone can come during business hours either on a Tues/Wed or Thurs. Can also do Monday and Friday but I will have my toddler with me so may be distracting.

We are looking an accounts/admin role one day a week in a husband and wife boutique wholesale fashion agency. You will have previous experience in book keeping, accounts and similar role. You will work closely with our accountant and also our client assisting to chase outstanding payments for them and you will have a cheerful and patient personality. Role includes ACCOUNTS Request debtors list from our client once a week to ring every outstanding account every morning when you come in. · Email & Phone all outstanding accounts chasing payment and requesting credit card payment every week and try and get as much payment each week as possible. Email updates to our client each week on persistent bad payers and any updates/feedback on bad accounts and advise of any accounts not making any payment. BOOK KEEPING Sort and organize all receipts into each month and required sub-category Input all necessary receipts, statements etc on a spreadsheet as per accountants instructions every week. Liaise with accountant about upcoming deadlines for BAS/GST and end of year financials for any information, which he might need and ensure all relevant info gets to him within tax deadlines. Set up a comprehensive filing system for all past receipts etc per quarter. General Admin Answering phones, organizing admin Google drive when necessary and set up comprehensive folder & set up admin systems where applicable. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO Use a Mac or if you can't have your own laptop Use Excel Use Google Apps. Have a patient personality Must have an ABN IMMEDIATE START
