Bookkeeping / Accounting Admin - We are a small growing business and require someone with competence and knowledge of Xero that can optimise our current Xero and also input on improving on our current way of managing the accounting admin. - Approx. 4-6 hours per week with potential for more (Ongoing Role) - $35-40 per hour with potential to increase if more things are managed. - Flexible work from home will be possible after initial meeting - Competence with Xero required - $300 offered is for an initial 4-6 hour with meeting in Elsternwick Tasks include - Managing our accounts email address (generally just invoices and queries to be resolved) - Confirming correct invoices & uploading supplier invoices to Xero (Implement Xero Hubdoc software ideally to speed up this process) - Communicating with supplier accounts departments via email/phone when necessary to resolve queries - Monitoring supplier accounts via Xero and advising us when payments are becoming due - leading to managing payments, advising us which payments you need to make and seeking approval to make them. - Updating weekly finance report - we have the template so just will require filling in figures from various sources to update it. - Updating Payroll (Currently just 2 staff) - Due date: Flexible
