Hello, I have just moved into this new townhouse, everything works out fine for me, however there is one thing that my property is on the main road and it is very close to the tram line, so whenever the tram and other vehicles drive pass, I can hear the noise from my room and the noise becomes more obvious at night. Also on a windy day, I can hear the wind howl violently upstairs where other windows are. So, I am just wondering if there is anything that can help to eliminate / reduce and absorb the noise (including acoustic blinds / curtains) without removing our double glazed windows. Thank you

I have an LG benchtop dishwasher which has stopped draining water out of it. It has previously been working fine. I got it secondhand and the previous owner never had a problem with it but hadn't used it for a few months prior to me getting it. When I got it it was perfect for about 2 weeks. I need someone to come and have a look at it and hopefully diagnose the problem. Hopefully it's an easy fix. I don't want to spend more than $130 as I'm a solo mum and funds are limited plus it's a second hand item and if it's going to cost too much it wont be worth it. Hopefully someone can come and look at it any time from today, sooner the better

Need a new piping system for the overflow outlet of a rain water tank. This needs to come out the overflow and behind the tank and into an existing pipe that connects to the drain (see main photo). Also need the gutter connection that feeds the tank to be extended as the tank will be moved forward. The tank will be emptied (as much as possible) and will assist in moving it forward.
