Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting) Contract Job - Mid Jan, Feb, March, April, with the potential for extension Utopia Goods Pty Ltd - Paddington, Sydney NSW Rate: $50 per hour depending on experience Part time. Minimum 16-20 hours per week. Potential for contract to be extended past three months. Training offered in December or mid January (must be available for training - paid two days). We are designers, exporters, wholesalers and retailers of bespoke textiles and homewares and looking for an experienced bookkeeper to work 15-20 hours a week at our office in Paddington. The Role : To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and attributes: - Understanding of XERO Accounting Software including inventory - Understanding of Unleashed Inventory platform - Understanding of Shopify platform - Cash reconciliation and stock management - Accounts payable and receivable - Expertise in Excel and weekly reporting - Experience with ATO compliance including BAS, Superannuation and Payroll - Bright, energetic personality with great communication skills and ability to - work in a collaborative team environment - Excellent time management skills with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously - Must be independent and capable of working unsupervised - Hands-on, ‘can do’ attitude towards all tasks - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Weekly reporting required on site - Must have relevant 3 years experience and residency Due date: INTERVIEWS conducted early-mid December
