Just not working. The machine ‘s responds to electricity but does not perform any functions. I do not use the milk foamer. I have not cleaned the machine in 3 years- it may be that.

To diagnose the issue, we engaged our water treatment service provider, Culligan, to assess our water softener system. The technician confirmed that the water quality meets the required standards, and they could not identify any problems on their end, which leads us to believe the issue lies with the espresso machine itself. The machine is currently operational but continues to experience leaking from the boiler, which is causing concern for potential damage and operational disruption. Given the urgency of this matter, we kindly request that a qualified technician be dispatched to our location at the earliest convenience to assess and repair the espresso machine

I have espresso machine x30 I wave a water leak I had a technician sho inspect the machine saying it's a calcium deposit showing from the boiler I have water system running for years with double filter Saying that may cause the problem technician let saying it my need to replace the boiler I didn't hear back
