The flyscrren door doesn't slide properly, it needs to be replaced. I have bought a new one.

There is water damage to the shower windows wood trimmings, it needs to checked for dry rot. Then I think sealed and wood trimmings replaced.

We have patched up the bottom hole and we need a new suitable handle and dead bolt. The dead bolt hole may need to be moved too. Any chance you could come and have a look? Duck out and get suitable locks and install them?

Fix hinge on cupboard door. The top hinge is good but on the bottom hinge the screw has fallen out. I’m not sure if this old hinge can be fixed, of if you will need to buy a new hinge. The photos show the screw that fell out. Maybe you can just replace that old screw with a new screw?

Paint the garage door as it has peeling, so you might need to grind some old paint off?

2x Door replacement, 1 x bedroom door and 1 x linen door.

I’ve got two big doors that need fixing. One is a huge outdoor one that is always coming off its rails when I slide it. I’ve tried putting it back on, but it just slips off again. The second door is an indoor bedroom door. It catches at the bottom once it’s about half open, makes it really hard to open/close past that point.
