I have a new house slab, which needs prep work grind and levelling for new timber floors

In the middle of a kitchen renovation. Kitchen has been removed. Timber floors have been sanded. We are increasing the refrigerator space larger that will now take space where existing cabinetry once was. This means the timber flooring requires to be extended out approximately 200 x 600mm. We are able to take flooring from another part of the kitchen with out affecting the new kitchen install. Require original flooring to be cut and matched / installed to extend refrigerator foot print. I’ve included 2 photos that show where the flooring can be taken from (on the corner) and the second photo shows where we need to increase the flooring space. I hope that makes sense. The timber flooring once relocated will require to be supported off a concrete floor, in line with the existing installation.

I need some timber floors installed need a quote

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed. Kitchen cabinetry will arrive 9th May so we want to have floors finished before then.

Do timber laminated flooring

I have a staircase and 3 rooms and a corridor that needs the carpet removed. Plus i need all the timber skirting in the townhouse removed, so 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and corridor and minor small areas. I also need the kick in the kitchen removed. The job needs to be fully completed on Monday the 8/4 also chance you can start Sunday the 7/4

Have removed Masonite sheeting off the timber floor and now need all staples to be removed in kitchen and hallway .

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.
