There is a water stain and leak on ceiling of my 2 storey townhouse. Happened only once. It has already been inspected by someone who suspect a roof leak and probably requires re-pointing and storm sealing. Require a qualified tradesman to confirm cause of stain, fix roof leak (if detected) and provide completion certificate.

There is a leak stain on the ceiling (white), which I want touched up. No need to paint the whole ceiling, just seal up the tear in the paint and touch up the stain. Can you bring the paint too.

Remove old paint/stain, power rinse/clean, sand (if required/raised grain) and oil outdoor deck, posts and hand rails (see photos). I’ll supply wood stripper, stain and oil (Cutek). Deck size 8mx3m (24sqm) 8x posts Please provide a detailed offer and include all tools/equipments to complete the job. Posts and hand rails had one coat oil applied when installed, but no stain/UV added. Steps shown on the photo are not included, as it’s getting repaired and will be oiled at that time. Thanks.
