Started with simply re-grouting etc shower. Thought best to reinstall screen and channel too. Once screen was removed, saw one tile broken behind lower mount. Looking at whole job now. Replace tile, regrout, seal and caulk whole shower, reinstall glass screen and shower floor channel and seal? Shower 1600x900. Light grey grout on floor, white on walls. Shower screen, walls mounts, floor channel and white tiles can be supplied Screen removed and ready for reinstall, upper mount plugs still in place.

The base is an aggregate shower base. The previous grout has been washed away and needs to be redone. The walls are fine and don't need any work, it is just for the base of the shower.

I have two showers that need regrouting and replace silicone seals

I need to regrout my shower tiles and potentially some of my wall tiles. The shower is approximately 1m x 1m

Need backyard cleaned up and pressure washed throughout whole courtyard and front entrance. Tiles need prep (cleaned), pressure washed and then ideally a fresh coat of grout is put over top of tiles so that it’s looking new. Tasker must have high level of detail.

Hey guys, just looking for a quote on here based off my property condition report, we only get the keys 25th Jan onwards so will need it repaired around then,just after some quotes 😊 Report "The silicone sealant was missing in the bathroom. There is a gap in the seal at the shower base, where a ruler was pushed in more than 20 mm. A competent handyman or sealant contractor could be engaged to remove and replace the existing silicone with an appropriate wet area silicone. Where mould growth is visible in the silicone, the sealant should be removed the area treated with a mould kill, the area then thoroughly dried and then resealed. This work should be done as soon as possible at the owners discretion. There are very high levels of moisture at the floor levels where the sealant is missing. Efflorescence appears to be affecting the grout in the shower base.
