Install 2 power points. There are establish power points in a wall behind so access should ok straight forward. Replace 6 Oyster lights to LED. Replace 5 Down lights to LED. Mount a TV on a wall where the new power point is.

We need a lot more power points in our house. No idea what this will cost, the cheaper it is the more we will get, and vice versa. The price in the add was just an estimate. Every room needs at least one extra point ideally. We would also like cost for installing fans with lights off amazon as well if possible.
