Need plastering done, need to be finished to the stage of being painted, some sanding will need to be done on under coat.

1 hole in wall only. Need a plasterer to fix hole n match paint over it. Can give a good price? On a budget. Quote so far from a different plasterer was $1,140 can you do better? Give a better and cheaper quote? I'm in Bayswater North Victoria

Current ceiling has drop down sections that need to be removed and replaced with level ceiling plaster and replace cornices. Two short walls to be removed and pantry gutted , then pantry area needs new plasterboard and cornices. Area behind stove to be removed and new plasterboard installed ready for the splashback.

Had a son go off the rails damage a wall before he was asked to leave lol.. I have a sheet of plaster for this job but feel it is beyond my skills to do this well ! ..

I will be washing them with sugar soap, while you sand and patch so everything is ready to go for the painter. MUST have your own tools. MUST be available tomorrow. There is a crack in ceiling plasterboard and it is beyond repair with fillers or temporary fix. Thinking to replace ceiling plasterboard of that portion of ceiling. It is a hallway plasterboard ceiling and current crack can be observed by looking at attached image. I am happy if someone can fix it rather than replacing it but also happy to get a replacement job done if required. I am putting 123 as it was mandatory to put number there but looking to get quotes for this work and we can agree on final payment later as AT allows us within it's policy.
