1. Wooden pergola to be attached to side of house. 2. Build a door frame between a bedroom and bathroom and install a door.

About 100m2 area which was started and never finished. Pergola is half done and retaining wall is not conplete. We also need som ideas for pathway. At the moment we have carpet down to avoid the dust and mud. We are looking for someone experienced to come and share ideas and complete the job. Additional bonus would be picking up the panels, otherwise I will arrange bunnings to deliver them as I don’t have a car big enough. We can discuss this Would also need to discuss the size of the panels for me to purchase, as I imagine the longer ones would be better in order to cut them in half Also, please excuse the budget, I know what’s involved to do this, but I want to be flexible for suggestions and offers, as I don’t know how long it would take I’m flexible with when it’s done, but ideally a Wednesday or Friday when I’m home.

Part pergola fixed (needs 4* Posts replaced) and the rest of the pergola to be dismantled and taken away.

We are Installing a new roof for pergola at front of house. 9 meters X 6 meters. We are needing to extend the verandah concrete floor 3 meters X 9 meters. Our exsisting concrete floor to verandah is 9 X 3 meters.

Rafter sections 19 x 700mm, 5 x 2400mm. Require routing and laminate. Several exposed beams and posts need minimal restoration.

I need help with installing a roof flashing on my pergola to prevent rain from dripping through onto the wooden doors. The pergola is approximately 5 metres in width and the roof is plastic corrugated sheets. I need someone who has the tools and experience in roofing to help install the flashing. To assemble the Bunnings pergola in my back garden.

Dismantle a pergola from Canning Vale and relocate to City Beach and reassemble Dimensions: 5980 (length) x 3980 (width) x 2370 (height - post height only, roof is on top of this) mm Post width is 140x140mm - there are 6 in total. Includes posts, roof, slates under roof.

The outer frame of the pergola has come apart at the corner causing timbers slates to loosed and fall. At this stage I would just like the corner re fixed such that no more timbers fall. See last photo to see how corner is misaligned. The pergola is not structural but sits on a steel frame. Thanks

We are looking for someone to build a pergola in our new backyard in Caversham. It will be about 8m long but narrow, it’s primarily for privacy, about 2.4m tall. Remove old wooden pergola with shade cloth roof. Replace with similar, using either metal or wood frame. Need rafters in frame as this is a shadehouse for hanging pots etc. Area is 4mWx3mDx2.5mH.
