Our existing faucet has come unscrewed and needs to be reattached to the plumbing underneath the sink. Will need to reset with silicone.

Need a plumber to fix a clogged toilet and loose tap. The toilet is clogged from too much toilet paper. Unsure why the tap has come loose. See photo of tap for reference. I can still turn the tap on and off but I have to press in and turn very hard.

I need to get bidet installed in one of my toilets. 1. It's a unit. 2. Preferably trigger but flexible to have seat, if cheaper and safer. 3. I want to get it installed in accordance of NSW regulations with proper prevention of back flow. 4.I will also need a registered plumber to get this done. I have the approval from strata. 5. I would like to have the invoice with plumber's license ID to cover any insurance need in future. 6. I also need to make sure we can turn off the water flow when BIDET is not in use.
