Hi there, I am looking for preferably a female and someone understanding as it is slightly embarrassing. I do have ADHD and am struggling to tackle my whole wardrobe of clothes to be either wash folded or hung up. It’s so overwhelming. The thing is it’s not a big wardrobe but when I have done this in the past it takes up so much of my day and time as I get distracted easily and have so much to do already. Can someone help me please to get the motivation I need to get this gloomy loomy pile of clothes sorted once and for all.
