Initially what we thought was a small drip change of washer, turned out to be a very complicated task where he actually had to run to Bunnings to get few replacements and fix it with ease. He not only fixed the drip but actually prevented the rusting that was occurring because of the leaking main pipe. Absolute Genius to deal with. Fantastic communication throughout. Shower low pressure issue

We are living in a rental. Our shower changes water pressure/amount of water randomly. Sometimes it has high pressure and lots of water, sometimes low pressure and little water. The real estate sent a plumber twice and both times when he came the pressure was good so now they are refusing to fix the issue. Most of the time the pressure is low so it's very frustrating for us having a shower. We need someone who can diagnose the problem and resolve it. If the resolution requires an expensive handling we may need to go back to the real estate agent to get it sorted, if it is a simple handling we are happy to pay for it ourselves.
Reg resolved an issue with my shower that a plumber wasn't able to. He did it in a effectively, methodic and affordable fashion. He was very respectful and polite. I highly recommend him.
