Clean out gutters around house.

We have a rental property that we self manage. We require someone to give the gutters a pressure clean and seal a small area of the gutter that is leaking. Sorry I don’t have any photos. We have house in Tanah Merah. The house roof is capturing moisture and the garage roof is sagging due to this. Also the backside roof gutters are blocked. We need above roof to be fixed and gutters to be cleaned.

Must provide all tooling, products, appropriate PPE and safe method for working at heights and be fully insured. A) House highset has an approx. 20m long gutter on each side, front and back. One side is accessible with a ladder and the other side of the house is only accessible through the roof which will require W@H PPE. The house is dependent of rainwater, so cleaning/waste water must not be in contact with the water tank. B) 3-door-shed gutter cleaning. Gutters need to be cleaned from leaf foliage. You will probably need a trestle to climb to gutters, unless you climb on roof and do with from there. However, using a trestle might be a safer option.
