Gas stove repair - fire is not coming

New gas cooktop need to be installed 90 cm in place of an old one. I will be supplying cooktop. This job needs to be done by licensed gas plumber and requires a compliance certificate for the install

One gas control knob will not turn - it is currently off. Another is stiff and difficult to turn.

My gas stove cant be ignited anymore except for 1 stove and I need someone to come fix it. Not sure what is wrong with it.

I have a gas cooktop which has a very temperamental ignition (sometimes it will light immediately, other times you have to wait ~10 seconds). Some hobs are better than others. The gas has a hard time remaining lit on a lower setting. I'm unsure of the cause of these two issues. A full clean is likely required, unsure if a new igniter or other components are needed, but looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to identify if this is necessary and could perform the replacement. I own a gas oven that utilizes electricity to ignite the gas stove burners. two of the burners fail to produce flames, while one burner emits a weak flame insufficient for proper combustion. I need someone to fix the issue.

Two burners getting flame turned off when tried to reduce the flame size to low on the gas top stove. Brand may be Westinghouse or Bosch brand.

Disconnect the NEFF 90cm glass gas cooktop ( glass has a fine crack) from the gas line and remove from the granite bench top. Install supplied Bosch 90cm series 6 glass gas cooktop ( 1.5 year old) connect to the gas line, make sure no gas leakage. Please check for any leakage between gas valve to gas cooktop including regulator. Please provide certificate.

I bought a new kitchen tap I need installed. I took a photo so you can see of the old tap and the new tap. I also have a new AEG 60cm gas cooktop to replace the current 60cm gas cooktop. I have attached a photo of the old cooktop. Measurements seem right for replacement. I have a carpark available. Needs to be a plumber who can give me a certificate for body corp.
