Today my garage door spring broke, snapped, it is a 4 panel door Stoggard door with 2 springs. The garrage door struggles to go up and stops so I am not using it.

It seems like during an attempt to open manually and a cable on one side came off the groove for one winding, causing misalignment in the garage. I'm concerned about using the motor to pull it up, as it might damage the track or the rollers. I need to fix this.
