We accidentally backed our car into the garage door and this has misaligned the door with the track as shown in the images. We will need this to be realigned so the door can open and close mechanically again. Hopefully that has been explained well enough! One side is fine, the other has come out.

Garage door motor died and need replacement and reset the door

I'm experiencing difficulties closing my garage door. It's currently stuck in the open position, and I've disconnected the door opener from electricity by unplugging the motor. However, when attempting to release the door using the red emergency cord, it snapped, and now the emergency release handle is jammed. Unfortunately, the garage door hasn't disengaged from the opener, and I'm unable to manually lift or close it. It's completely immovable at the moment.
