1 x 2 seater sofa (approx 2100 wide), 2 x recliners and a queen size mattress. Queen mattress already outside ready to go, sofa/recliners need to be removed from house. Sofa on the heavier side given it is a fold out bed. If it doesn’t fit through front door, it can go out the back sliding doors and through the side gate. Recliners quite light.

I will need 2 people to assist me in taking my furniture downstairs. 1 x pine dining table - not heavy but narrow staircase requires manouevering. 1 x double sofa - not heavy - again it's just the stairs 1 x single sofa - not heavy - again it's just the stairs I live in Sprinfield lakes and am only able to do this on a weekend, and ANY weekend suits to get this job done. There is a balcony out the front that these items could be lowered down from also if that helps.
