Find a local floorboard profesional in QLD

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Carpets to be pulled up and removed put in floating floor boards in a one bedroom apartment

I am need some new skirting boards installed (full lengths), not a very big job, just had some sinks removed. Materials need to be supplied to match current skirting. Must be reliable, last tasker never showed on multiple occasions, thanks 😊

Need to remove and dispose old laminated floor boards in the lounge area and carpet tiles in the dining and hallway then replace with hybrid floor boards (will be supplied). Area of the Lounge(15sqm), dining(6sqm), and hallway(5sqm) is approx. 26sqm in total. Please send your offers.

Small bedroom has damaged floor particle boards that need to be removed and replaced with new floor particle boards. Quote needed for materials and labour.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed. Cabinets and kitchen will be complete by end of May, so 10th June start date would be good. Realise in person quote will be required prior to starting job.

Skirting board need to put back we’re taken off while we got ikea Woodrow intall .

Skirting board needs to be replaced, can provide paint. Original skirting board is missing will have to be new

Laying hybrid flooring

Looking for a carpenter to remove and replace existing floor skirting boards with new skirts. The new skirts are taller than the existing ones so aiming to have it looking nice once the work is done with minimal damage to existing walls. We will supply the new skirting boards (photo attached, already painted). Just need you to supply tools and consumables (nails, sealant, etc) Looking for someone to do a neat and tidy job who takes pride in their work. See floor plan photo, all 3 bedrooms + hallway + living room need the new skirts. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen dont need work. Also allow to seal between top of skirts and wall. Ideally if you can dispose of the old skirts that would be great, but if not you can move them downstairs and we will take to the tip another day.

The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.
