White floor I think ceramic floor tiles need to be polished

Tile a 850x900 existing shower floor. The existing tiles have already been removed. Job is to remove adhesive, patch and check falls, waterproof, tile, grout with epoxy grout and silicon seal the edges. Parking is available in underground car park. Property is an apartment on Level 1. Tiles and grout already purchased. But alternatives can be considered.

Remove broken tile and install new one.
