Description of issue: The gates aren't latching closed/operating with ease. The two supporting posts (timber) have succumbed to the weight and/or deteriorated in condition and are now leaning toward each other. This means the gates are hitting against each other at the latching point. Desired outcome: Gates are to operate smoothly and with ease. To replace the 2 support posts with concreted-in steel posts, remove the gates/fence sheets, etc., repair the gates, and put it all back together.

I accidentally backed into my closed gate, which is made of strong metal. Now, the gate is slightly bent and rolls off the gear when it closes, preventing it from fully closing. My friends attempted to bend it back but were unsuccessful. I need to have this job finished by the end of the 30th

The right fence post has misaligned over time due to ground movement causing it to slightly overlap with the gate panel. This has made opening and locking the gate difficult which can only be done by pulling the fence post away from the panel for the lock latch to fit in and to open the gate. The lock may need to be relocated in the middle where there is more gap. Or do I need to replace the fence post with a thinner one as there is not much room to move the current fence post backwards.
