Require electrician to change light fitting with some electrical work

Scope of Work: Install 3 new downlights and one doorbell in a single-story house. Supply and install all required materials, including a wired dingdong doorbell. Details of Work: Job 1: Convert hardwired 3 existing downlights (warm white, minimum 900 lumens) in the hallways to plug bases. Supply and install the new downlights with plug bases. Job 2 Replace the existing wired video doorbell with a wired press button dingdong doorbell. Install a wired chime in the same location as the current faulty wired chime. Install the press button for the doorbell in the same location outside the house. Note: All work should comply with electrical safety standards and regulations. I required a electrical safety certificate for al the works completed. Must be able to complete both Job 1 and Job 2.

Replace front light, replace smoke detector, replace Halogen globes and starters in outdoor area. I have purchased the detector, front light and globes and starters.

Please give a quote- Need to replace batten lights to led downlights. (Please quote with supply of downlights and without) Replace 13x batten lights to led downlights (4 of them which are downstairs will need to use existing downlights from upstairs so they look the same downstairs. Remaining 9x batten to change are upstairs)

One of our electronic motorised outdoor deck roller blinds has stopped working. It doesn't open at all when we press the remote button. The other blind on that remote works so I think it's a problem with the actual blind. The brand is Alpha and they are about 7 years old.
